The house is completely furnished, set in a large garden with views of the bay and mountains all around.  In the kitchen, you will find a variety of cooking utensils and serving pieces as well as full china service and glassware for 6.  The kitchen appliances include a gas stove with broiler and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer and tumble dryer. Kitchen furnishings include a china closet and buffet of Antique Irish Pine. The electric coffee maker and electric kettle make your coffee and tea service quick and easy.

Internet connectivity is available for your laptop. A garbage bin outside the kitchen is convenient for weekly waste.

In the sitting room, the open fire provides a center for the comfortable recliner and sleeper couch as well as the TV with excellent Sky Satellite reception.  The special collection of tapes and CD’s for the media player includes music by Gerald Harrington, a Cousin of the property’s owner, who grew up on the land and is now a nationally recognized fiddler.  There is also an area for dining, a small collection of books and tourist resources and a writing desk for keeping up with the folks at home.  The bathroom on this floor includes a shower and there are two closets for clothes and small suitcases.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a balcony to savor the garden and views in a totally private setting. On a clear night, the stars seem touchable and the quiet of the countryside is sublime.  Each room has an Antique Irish Pine free standing wardrobe and dressers for clothes.  There is a bathtub in the upstairs bathroom and a linen closet which is well supplied with extra linens as needed.
