Terms of Use

Tuatha Murtagh is available to rent from April 7th through October 20th.  Spring, summer and fall rentals are accepted for stays of one week or longer, from Saturday to Saturday.  Arrival time is 3 PM and departure time is 11AM.  A discounted rate can be arranged for stays lasting longer than one week.   The house is maintained by Kenmare House Care, a local company.  Standard preparation provides a complete cleaning of all rooms and furnishings, beds are newly made with fresh linens and a welcome basket of bread and jam is provided. Kenmare House Care is available for assistance during your stay.

Reservations require a 100 dollar / 100 euro deposit.  In case of cancellation, the deposit will be returned if cancellation is received 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. The balance is to be provided in euros to Kenmare House Care on arrival. If your currency is the US dollar, the exchange rate varies, therefore the balance required will be calculated one month prior to your arrival at which time you will be advised of the balance due.  Directions to the house, the telephone number  and other current information will be sent to you at that time.

The house is suitable for 5 people, 6 if a child is part of the group.  Children must be at least 6 years of age due to the risk of a small child falling from the balconies.  The telephone is available to receive calls and make local calls.  Computer connectivity is also available in the house and computers are available for use in a shop in town.
